Excellent service from Ivan. He was honest and gave a detailed evaluation using drones.. He gave me a good assessment of the materials that were used and the potential weak points. He suggested that repair was not necessary at this stage. Very fair and honest.

New Elite Roofing came out to review and provide me a quote to repair a couple of issues I had with my roof due to some apparently previously poor work done by the roofer who replaced the roof in 2017. Ivan came out to the house and assessed the issues I pointed out to him and gave me a quote with detailed information on what needed to be done and why. I opted to have Ivan and his crews provide the necessary repairs. Both his gutter crew and roofing crew did an excellent job of making the necessary repairs, documenting what they did and cleaned up throughly. Highly recommended.

With upcoming changes to my insurance premiums and several hailstorms since my roof was last replaced, I wanted to be proactive and have it inspected to ensure a claim wasn’t necessary before my deductible increased. Ivan responded quickly—coming out the very next day after I requested an appointment—and performed a thorough assessment of my roof. He provided a detailed inspection report along with a comprehensive breakdown of the roof’s current condition. Ivan explained that, considering its age, the roof is in good shape and does not warrant a claim at this time. His honest and professional approach was greatly appreciated, especially since previous companies had pushed for a full replacement without justification. Ivan’s transparency and integrity gave me confidence in his evaluation, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing professional.

I would give 100 stars to Ivan and New Elite Roofing if it was possible. We had a leak in one of our dormers, that damaged several drywall spots. I had called a few other roofers and they all stated that the issue was too small and not worth their time. Luckily we ran across Ivan. He was extremely responsive and friendly. He came to look at our issues the SAME DAY! Here’s the MIND BLOWING part, he was able to fixed it as well. Very professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done. We are so grateful and I will be referring him to all my friends and family.

The owner Ivan was very responsive, coming over and giving me an estimate the same day I called. I had my front fascia trim boards replaced. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves! I asked for an extra coat of paint and he had a guy come out the next day to finish. I got many quotes for this job. and his professional roofer’s price was a few hundred dollars less than 2 handyman’s quotes. First 3 photos are ‘before’
