Hector Emiliano & AIM Roofing! What a 5-star, white glove team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What I’ve learned in getting my roof replaced is that roofing companies are not all the same. AIM truly leads the pack in providing above and beyond exemplary customer service, quality work, thoroughness, speed, and down right genuinely friendly teams (from the construction and clean up team to the gutter replacement team). Hector kept me informed ahead of every single step so I’d know what to expect. He was incredibly knowledgeable, gave me honest advice, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Clearly, there’s a ton of pride in what this company does and it showed in every communication I had with Hector. AIM Roofing was referred to me and I’m happy to post that they did an absolutely top notch job. Highly recommended!! I recently got my roof done by Aim Roofing. The team arrived on time and did a great job. They spoke with us about concerns and took precaution to not damage items in our yard. I was provided with clear instructions the day before the installation on what to do and expect. Hector was reliable and attentive. He helped me with my insurance claim as well. He did an amazing job at communicating with us through out the whole process.

From the first time call to AIM Roofing and speaking to Javier my experience was outstanding. Javier and Taylor came out and looked at my roof they were very professional answered all my questions. Made the process of dealing with the insurance company go smoothly. The crew who installed my roof showed up on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job on clean up. When the roof was completed, Andres was the last person to leave the site, staying late to make sure everything was done properly. Hector Emiliano and his team are amazing! They communicate constantly and ensure you are comfortable with every step of the process - There are ZERO surprises. Their follow-up is impeccable. After the installation was done, they came back to check on everything. There was a small leak and they fixed it the same day. I can recommend AIM without exception or qualification. They provide high-touch, white-glove service. This was the best customer service experience I have had with any vendor this year.
